Welcome, and thanks for visiting. This page explains what our website is for, how our pricing and estimates work, and what we ask of you when you use the site. Please read it. If you have a question about anything here, call us — we would rather talk it through than have you wondering.

1. Who we are

All About Air Heating & Air Conditioning (“All About Air,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a residential and commercial HVAC contractor at 2415 Radley Court, Suite 8, Hayward, California 94545. We hold California Contractors State License Board license no. 902777, which you can verify at cslb.ca.gov.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to allaboutaironline.com and any subdomain of it (the “Site”).

These Terms do not govern the HVAC work we perform for you. That work is governed by the written estimate, proposal, invoice, or service agreement you sign with us, together with any applicable manufacturer warranty. If anything on this page conflicts with a signed agreement for work, the signed agreement controls.

2. Using this website does not create a customer relationship

Browsing the Site, reading a service page, or submitting the contact form does not create a contract for work and does not obligate either of us to anything. A contractor relationship begins only when we and you agree in writing on a defined scope of work.

Submitting the contact form is an invitation for us to get in touch. We try to respond promptly during business hours, but we cannot guarantee a response time, and an unanswered form submission is not an agreement to perform work.

If you have a gas leak, smell gas, have no heat in freezing conditions, or face any other emergency, do not use the contact form. Call us at 510-538-2247, and call your gas utility or 911 if there is any danger to health or safety.

3. Information here is general, not technical advice

Our service pages, buying guides, and maintenance tips are general information for homeowners and building managers. They are not an engineering assessment, a load calculation, a diagnosis of your particular system, or advice you should rely on to size, install, repair, or modify HVAC equipment.

HVAC systems involve high-voltage electricity, combustion, pressurized refrigerant, and combustion by-products including carbon monoxide. Work on them should be performed by a licensed contractor. Please do not rely on this website to attempt repairs yourself. Every property is different, and only an on-site evaluation can tell you what your system actually needs.

4. Where we work

This Site is directed to customers in our Northern California service area. We make no representation that the Site or our services are appropriate or available anywhere else.

5. Pricing, estimates, and promotions

Any prices, ranges, equipment models, financing terms, coupons, or promotional offers shown on the Site are for general illustration and may change without notice. They are not offers capable of acceptance.

  • Only a written estimate or proposal we provide for your specific property, after evaluating it, is binding — and only on the terms and for the period stated in that document.
  • Promotional offers are subject to their own stated terms, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be limited by equipment availability.
  • Financing is offered by a third-party lender, is subject to that lender’s credit approval and terms, and is not extended by us. We are not the lender and do not make credit decisions.
  • Rebates and utility incentives are administered by manufacturers and utilities under their own rules. We will help you apply where we can, but we cannot guarantee approval or amount.
  • If a price or specification on the Site is obviously wrong — a typo, or a figure that is plainly mistaken — we will correct it, and we will tell you before any work is scheduled at that number.

6. Warranties on work and equipment

Warranties on equipment we install are provided by the manufacturer, on the manufacturer’s terms, and generally require timely registration and documented maintenance. Warranties on our labor are as stated in your written agreement or invoice.

Nothing on the Site extends, modifies, or creates any warranty. Statements about durability, efficiency, savings, or performance are general, and real-world results depend heavily on your equipment, home, climate, usage, and utility rates.

Your consumer rights are unaffected. Nothing on this page limits any right you have under the California Contractors State License Law, the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, or any other consumer protection law. We are not asking you to give up anything.

7. Using the website responsibly

Please use the Site the way it is meant to be used. We ask that you not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information through our forms.
  • Use the Site to send spam or solicitations, or to submit forms automatically.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system; probe or scan it for vulnerabilities; or interfere with how it runs.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or contact information from the Site, whether by hand or with automated tools. Standard search-engine indexing is welcome.
  • Post or send anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing.

If you are doing any of the above, we may block your access to the Site.

Reviews, photos, and other things you send us

If you send us a review, testimonial, or photograph, you keep ownership of it. You are giving us permission to use it in connection with our business, including on this Site and in our marketing. Please do not send us anything you are not free to share. If you change your mind, tell us and we will take it down.

8. Our content

The text, photographs, layout, graphics, and the All About Air name and logo on this Site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You are welcome to view and print pages for your own personal use in evaluating our services. Anything beyond that — republishing our photos or copy, for instance — needs our written permission, which we are usually happy to give if you ask.

Brand names such as Bryant appear only to identify equipment we service and install. They remain the property of their owners.

9. Links to other companies

This Site links to third parties, including our financing partner, manufacturer websites, our social media pages, and the CSLB license lookup. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, terms, or privacy practices. Once you follow a link off our Site, that company’s terms and privacy policy apply instead of ours.

10. About the website itself

We work to keep this Site accurate, current, and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted, and we cannot promise that every page is completely up to date. Equipment models change, prices change, and occasionally a page lags behind.

Please do not make a purchasing or repair decision on the basis of this website alone. Call us, and we will give you current information for your specific situation.

11. If something goes wrong

If you are unhappy with something — work we performed, a bill, something on this website, or how you were treated — please contact us directly first. Ask for the owner. Most problems get solved with one phone call, and we would much rather hear about it and fix it than have you go elsewhere with the complaint.

You always retain the right to take a dispute to the California Contractors State License Board, to small claims court, or to any other forum available to you under the law. Contacting us first is a request, not a requirement, and it does not give up any right you have.

12. Accessibility

We are committed to keeping this Site usable by people with disabilities. If you have difficulty using any part of it, please contact us using the details below and we will help you directly and work to fix the underlying problem. See our Accessibility Statement for more.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update this page from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and the current version will always be posted here. We are also in the process of expanding these Terms; when the fuller version is ready we will post it here with a new date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
